DBasia.news – Karl-Heinz Rummenigge, CEO of Bayern Munchen, confirmed the end of Leroy Sane’s transfer operation. As Sane is recovering from injury.
Bayern Munchen is reportedly intending to bring in Leroy Sane. That was after Die Bayern sought a replacement for Arjen Robben and Franck Ribery who left.
In fact, Bayern Munchen has a number of successor candidates for Arjen Robben and Franck Ribbery. However, the player in question, Kingsley Coman, is more familiar with injuries.
Even so, Leroy Sane is now also suffering from injuries. Sane suffered an ACL injury while defending Manchester City against Liverpool in the 2019 Community Shield event.
The injury has made Leroy Sane predicted to be absent for seven months. Sane himself had surgery in Austria with Doctor Christian Fink.
The condition finally made Bayern Munchen bring in Ivan Perisic from Inter Milan. Perisic came to the Allianz Arena on loan.
In addition, Bayern Munchen will almost certainly bring Philippe Coutinho from Barcelona. Like Ivan Perisic, Die Roten also recruited Coutinho as a loan.
The result, now Bayern Munchen is no longer eager to bring in Leroy Sane. This was confirmed directly by Karl-Heinz Rummenigge.
“No, we no longer want Leroy Sane. Everyone knows what happened with the ACL injury. That is a setback,” continued Karl-Heinz Rummenigge.
