Bayern Munchen Interested in Recruiting Joao Cancelo

Manchester City continued to try to include Danilo in an agreement to bring in Joao Cancelo. The Portuguese player can be released by Juve if there is a team that can bid for 60 million euros. But until now City are not able to reach this valuation. They also cannot find anyone interested in Danilo in order to obtain additional funds to bring in Cancelo.

Football Italy reported that this situation was exploited by Bayern Munich who tried to bid to Juve to get Cancelo. Bayern also need a new right-back after Rafinha left the Allianz Arena at the end of the 2018/19 season.

Niko Kovac’s team also still has sufficient funds to bring some new players into their squad. Bayern, who fought hard to get the Bundesliga title last season, have reportedly been using the 2019 summer transfer market to rebuild their squad several times.
