Been Waiting under the Sun, Barcelona Fans Disappointed Lionel Messi Didn’t Come to Training Center

DBasia.news – Barcelona were shaken by news of Lionel Messi’s departure. Calls for protest demanding the resignation of President Josep Maria Bartomeu surfaced, but only a handful were present.

Two names that were rumored to be on the Barcelona selling list, Luis Suarez and Arturo Vidal followed by Sergio Busquets and other players came by car to the training camp but Messi’s figure was completely invisible.

On the side of the road to the training ground – quoted by the Dailystar – saw the figures of two young Barcelona fans sitting in the hot sun. The two of them were not sunbathing but waiting for the megastar to arrive.

Complete with a jersey bearing the jersey number 10 and the Messi font they are willing to wait for the six Ballon d’Or winner to arrive. However, their wait ended in disappointment because Messi was completely absent at the training center.

That increasingly shows a strong indication of Messi’s departure from Barcelona. Reportedly Messi has set Manchester City under his former coach Pep Guardiola as a new port in the player’s career.

Even so, Man City must make up for the clause in the purchase of Messi for 700 million euros because Barca do not want to negotiate on this matter, even though Barca also know the potential to lose Messi for free next year when his contract ends.
