DBasia.news – Juventus are still looking for a replacement for Massimiliano Allegri. This task will not be easy as the coach will have to be able to maintain dominance in Serie A and also present the Champions League title.
Various names have been reported to have the potential to become Allegri’s replacement for next season, starting from Jose Mourinho to Antonio Conte, along with the close of the end of the 2018/19 Serie A competition and the opening of the 2019 summer transfer market which will be an important moment for La Vecchia Signora.
Carlo Ancelotti, the former AC Milan coach who now trains Napoli, is reportedly one of the candidates to replace Allegri. But the coach insists he is committed to Napoli and does not want to leave Stadio San Paolo in the near future.
“I have a clause with Naples that can be activated on Thursday (30/5 local time) and I hope they will use it. I have a commitment with this club and want to stay at least for the next 2 years. I feel happy here, “Carlo Ancelotti said in a statement quoted from the Goal.
Ancelotti also regretted the tendency that a coach cannot be involved in long-term planning and always works with concern that he might be fired as the results they achieve in the field are the only measure of their performance.
