Chelsea Aim for A Young Serbian Player

DBasia.news –  Chelsea are rumored to have decided to compete with a number of European rival clubs in an effort to bring in a young Serbian currently playing at Benfica, Luka Jovic.

The 21-year-old was touted as one of the most sought-after young strikers in Europe, with that Benfica’s player scoring 14 goals and making three assists from 19 league matches when on loan at Eintracht Frankfurt.

Eintracht Frankfurt actually has the chance to bring Jovic to permanent status next summer, but that did not dampen the interest of a number of big European clubs for the striker.

Liverpool, Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain are among the interested clubs. However, as reported by Metro, the Blues are now competing to get Jovic.

Reportedly Chelsea are ready to bid 39 million pounds to win the competition with rival clubs.
