DBasia.news – Currently, Real Madrid are fond of collecting young talented players rather than star players. El Real Supremo, Florentino Perez, revealed his intention to regenerate the squad.
Currently, Real Madrid are in a difficult period, especially in producing the goal. There are many world-class strikers mentioned, including Neymar.
But, the recent news said Madrid choose the Argentinian young player. Madrid are rumored securing the transfer for young player of River Plate, Exequiel Palacios next summer.
Reported by AS, Los Blancos secured Palacios in five-year contract worth 20 million euro.
Palacios is predicted to be the newest star from Argentina. Currently, the 20-year-old player has scored two matches with Argentina national team.
His talent could be seen since his debut as a professional player when he was 16.
So far, Palacios played 27 matches in Argentina Superliga and 9 Libertadores matches. Palacios’ impressive performance also made him the target of Europe clubs. Besides Madrid, Barcelona are also eyeing his situation.
The rumor of Madrid’s success in recruiting Palacios was denied by River Plate. Moreover, River Plate President accused Madrid doing the approach behind his back.
“Real Madrid have acted in this manner—negotiating directly with the player, without respecting a club like River— and all of this behind our back,” he said.
