Denmark Could Send Their Best Players in UEFA Nations League

DBasia.news – The Denmark national team feel relieved ahead of their first UEFA Nations League match, after settling the problem among the players.
Previously, the Danish Football Association had a fight due to the stuck agreement regarding the right of Denmark national team players.
Consequently, some star players refused to support the Denmark national team, including Christian Eriksen, Kasper Schmeichel, and Andreas Christensen.
As a result, the Denmark national team just called the football players in the domestic level and futsal player. They got defeated 0-3 by Slovakia in the friendly match.
The Danish Football Association soon settled the problem with the players. After reaching the agreement, they could call all the best players.
Kasper Schmeichel thinks Denmark could win the match against Wales despite the sudden preparation. The Leicester City goalkeeper believed the Danish people give their full support.
“I think for us it’s about winning the game and playing well,” Schmeichel told Sky Sports.
“I am sure everyone will get behind us. It’s been a difficult week, but that’s life. It’s just about getting on with it now and we will be ready,” he continued.
Denmark faced Wales in the Group B match of UEFA Nations League at Idraetspark, Denmark, Sunday (9/9).
