Egy Maulana Vikri’s Quality Recognized by Malaysian Coach

DBasia.news – The U-19 Malaysian National Team coach, Bojan Hodak, commented Egy Maulana Vikri’s career. Especially after the U-19 Indonesian National Team player is confirmed to play with Poland’s club, Lechia Gdansk.

Egy Maulana Vikri was in contact with Lechia Gdansk three years ago. Before joining the U-19 Indonesian National Team, Egy had the preparation along with Gedanian Lions.

“I’m glad Egy play in Europe. I’m sure he will be a better player,” he said.

“The difference is big, from the weather to playing style. But his quality deserves to play in Europe,” Bojan Hodak continued.

He said this after Egy Maulana Vikri performed during the semifinal round of 2018 U-19 AFF between Indonesia and Malaysia in Gelora Delta Stadium, Sidoarjo, Thursday (12/7).

According to Bojan Hodak, Egy Maulana Vikri didn’t perform well, because he was just from Poland.

Egy Maulana Vikri needed adaptation, considering the weather. Besides, Egy needed a rest after 20-hour-long flight.
