Reinier
DBasia.news – Everton reportedly defeated Liverpool in the hunt for a Brazilian wonderkid who played in Flamengo, Reinier. Everton spent a lot of money on him.
As reported by the Mirror, Everton will spend 36 million pounds for Reinier who performed well with the Brazilian Under-17 national team at this year’s South American Championship.
Reinier is still awaiting his first debut with the first team Flamengo. But, Everton had attracted him and wanted to move faster than rival teams who also monitor Reinier. It is hoped that Reiniers can look great in the future like Richalison.
Everton are quite busy this summer. Not only did they release Phil Jagielka and Idrissa Gueye, but they also brought Fabian Delph and were rumored to be recruiting Moise Keane. Plus, Crystal Palace wing forward Wilfried Zaha is also their transfer target.
While Liverpool have only recruited two young players this summer, namely Sepp van den Berg and Harvey Elliott.
