By db-admin

DBasia.newsAs for now in summer transfer market, Liverpool is one of the most active clubs in recruiting the new player. After getting Naby Keita from RB Leipzig and Fabinho from AS Monaco, The Reds is now closer to get Olympique Lyonnais midfielder, Nabil Fekir.

We should keep in mind that the transfer market hasn’t come to the deadline. So, there is a big possibility that Liverpool will invite other players during this long term.

Europe’s journalists blew the old issue again. The issue is about the possibility of Jurgen Klopp’s former player, Mario Gotze. The 26 years old player is now playing for Borussia Dortmund for the second period, after the first one during 2009-2013.

Gotze, who played for Bayern Munchen during 2013-2016, was rumored to join Liverpool in 2016 when he was looking for a new club. In the end, Gotze chose to return to Dortmund.

Despite, Gotze doesn’t close the possibility to reunite with Klopp whom previously be his boss in Dortmund and giving him chance to play the debut in the main team of Die Borussen.

“I decided to leave Bayern (in 2016) and Jurgen Klopp was interested in getting me to Liverpool. And I was also interested in working with him again,” said Gotze as reported Dailymail.

“It’s still existing. He is a world-class coach and that’s why it’s always an option. I decided to join Borussia Dortmund, but it was not a decision against Liverpool or Jurgen Klopp. But on the contrary.”

Gotze and Liverpool still have plenty of time to get into each other. Moreover, Gotze, Germany’s hero for the 2014 World Cup didn’t join Germany’s squad in 2018 World Cup by the decision of Joachim Low.
