By news-admin
DBasia.news – Short but meaningful, that’s how the Manchester United remember Zlatan Ibrahimovic. Though only play for The Red Devils for two years, Ibra got their heart.
In his first season, Ibra became the top scorer and brought Man United as the winner of Europa League and League Cup. His second round performance wasn’t as good as the first due to injury. Ibra decided to end the contract and moved to Los Angeles (LA) Galaxy.
Ibra who scored 29 goals from 53 matches with Man United left a positive feeling for the supporters. It’s been a year since he left Manchester, Ibra met the Man United squad who is now doing the preseason tour in the US.
The Sweden football legend met Jose Mourinho, Man United manager who taught him in Inter Milan, also Michael Carrick who became the coach assistant.
Ibrahimovic also made a video in his Instagram story. The 36-year-old player left a special message for Man United’s supporters.
“Hi everybody, guess who’s back. Watching United train, I see a lot of quality but not quality like me but it’s okay. It is great to see the guys and see them happy see them train good,” Ibrahimovic said.
“Get ready for this season because something special will happen and I think the boss has something going on, but I will keep that a secret. Enjoy the season, I wish you all the best. Take care and ciao,” he stated.
