DBasia.news –  James Maddison is believed to have a tag of 60 million pounds. The 22-year-old England midfielder has ignored the matter and chose to focus on the England U-21 national team.

Maddison made a great appearance with Leicester City last season. He became the motor of attacking teams in the midfield and increasingly developed under the care of Brendan Rodgers. Maddison is also the creator of the most opportunities in the Premier League with a record of 100 chances.

The former Norwich City player appeared 31 times and scored seven goals. Maddison, besides being targeted by Man United, was also targeted by Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool. Maddison revealed how to overcome the rumors of the transfer.

“No (disturbed by transfer rumors), you just have to ignore it and go through it. As a 17-year-old player, I will start five games for Coventry (City) and look at my cellphone, that I am linked with Tottenham and Liverpool,” Maddison said, as quoted from the Mirror.

“With the conversation regarding transfers (rumor) you have to consider it as a compliment and people talk about you, this will not disturb me,” he concluded.

At present, Maddison is participating in the Euro U-21 with the England national team. Aidy Boothroyd’s side will play France U-21 in the group’s opening match on Wednesday (6/19) 2:00 a.m. WIB.
