DBasia.news – Isco’s frustration has finally reached its point after continuously being benched in Real Madrid. He admits that his performance has gone downhill as to rarely been given a chance to play.
Isco’s days in Real Madrid changed since Santiago Solari Replaced Julen Lopetegui. The Spanish player is now no longer a starter for Los Merengues.
Even when Real Madrid faced AS Roma in the Champions League, Solari decided to not bring in Isco into the squad’s list. Even though at the time Isco wasn’t experiencing any injuries.
Former Real Madrid player, Ruben De La Red, says Isco’s performance this season has really gone down. De La Red’s statement was seconded by the player.
“I completely agree with De La Red. However, when you get the same opportunity as your teammates, everything changes,” explains Isco on Twitter
In 2019, Isco only played for 201 minutes in seven matches. “Even so, I will continue to work harder while waiting for a chance to play. Hala Madrid!
Isco’s situatio has made a few big European teams try to seize the opportunity in bringing him. The latest news states that Manchester City is interested in Isco. The Citizens has planned to offer a deal on summer 2019.
Even so, bringing Isco out of Santiago Bernabeu is not an easy task. The 26-year old player is said to still be in contract until 2022. Transfermarkt predicts Isco will be worth 75 million euros.
