DBasia.news –  The Merseyside Derby which took place at Goodison Park between Liverpool and Everton ended in a goalless draw on Sunday (3/3) night Western Indonesian Time. Jamie Carragher, Liverpool legend, deeply regretted the draw on week 29 of the Premier League.

Because Liverpool are involved in a fierce battle with Manchester City to win the Premier League title. Liverpool’s seventh draw in the Premier League made them fail to coup Man City at the top of the standings.

Both are now one point adrift. Although it is still very possible to win the Premier League title, Carragher, who is now an observer of English football, was disappointed that Liverpool did not have the intention of winning over Everton with the substitution they did at Goodison Park.

“For Liverpool, the away draw at Everton in any normal season is not the end of the world. But at this stage, this season’s phase, three matches a week,” Carragher said, reported   Express.

“You think seven points from nine points will be a great week, I have said it at Old Trafford. Now it’s five points and now Man City are expected to lose points.”

“You see and think ‘Can they be more proactive with the changes they make?’. All of us will only find out at the end of the season (who is the winner),” Carragher added.

Jurgen Klopp included James Milner, Roberto Firmino and Adam Lallana in the second round replacing Georginio Wijnaldum, Divock Origi, and Sadio Mane.

Carragher was disappointed because Origi or at least Mane should have continued to play, then the substitution of players included Firmino and also Xherdan Shaqiri to add to the power on the front lines.

“But this is still not over, the road is still a long way, there are still many points that I think will disappear in different times. But, I feel there should be more changes, the threat of more attacks from Liverpool, the changes they make, clearly occur during “The first hour. Liverpool only lost once this season,” added Carragher.

“I once played in a season when we only lost twice and still didn’t win the league. No matter how much you lose, these points are lost, and these points are currently proven to be important,” he concluded.
