Jeremy Menez Expresses Admiration for Karim Benzema
By db-admin
DBasia.news – Karim Benzema’s consistency for 10 years strengthens Real Madrid deserves a thumbs up. His compatriot, Jeremy Menez, did not hide his admiration for him.
Menez and Benzema were part of taking France’s U-17 European Cup winners in 2004. However, both have different career directions,
Benzema moved from Lyon to Madrid in 2009 and has been a mainstay of Los Blancos for a decade. While Menez in the same period has defended nine clubs and now strengthens Paris FC.
“Of course, you can only admire his career,” Menez said at Soccerway.
“Being a player at Real Madrid for ten years, not many players can do it. Despite everything said about Benzema, he is still there, he works hard and he keeps people quiet.”
“At some point, you can pursue a career, but we must recognize one thing. Benzema may be a harder worker than us and he gets what he deserves, that’s all,” Menez added.
