Kepa Arrizabalaga is Asked to Respect Maurizio Sarri

In the match a controversy rose when Maurizio Sarri replaced Kepa Arrizabalaga. The position of Kepa Arrizabalaga was replaced by Willy Caballero. But Kepa was furious with his manager and refused to be replaced.

At the time of the incident, it was seen that David Luiz was chatting with Kepa Arrizabalaga. After the match, Luiz revealed his conversation with the Spanish goalkeeper.

“I told Kepa Arrizabalaga to respect the manager’s decision. However, I didn’t know the reason the manager replaced him,” said David Luiz.

“I don’t know if it’s because of the injury that Kepa Arrizabalaga suffered or a tactical decision. In my opinion, the manager decided to replace Kepa for the good of the team.”

“Maurizio Sarri replaced him because he was unsure about Kepa Arrizabalaga’s injury. In my opinion, he did not understand that,” added David Luiz.
