DBasia.news – Real Madrid player, Lucas Vazquez has revealed that he wants to retire at Real Madrid. But in football anything can still happen.

Vazquez also did not rule out the possibility of moving to the Premier League.

“My dream is to retire at Real Madrid, but in football anything can happen. When I was little, I always watched the Premier League with my brother. “It’s attractive, a good football to play, maybe suitable for my character and personality,” Vazquez said as quoted by The Guardian.

Vazquez also commented on the corona virus pandemic. He hopes all can return to normal and continue to play football again.

“If we can play, by following the proper safety rules, we will all be happy to finish this season. That will be good for people, for society: for two hours you don’t just think about this virus. Football brings happiness, “said Vazquez.

The 28-year-old player also revealed the secret behind the scenes of Real Madrid’s decision to cut 20% of the salaries of the players and their employees.

“With us, Sergio Ramos is the captain. First they talked to him, then Ramos told us. We held meetings, talk, evaluate and discuss what is best for all. “Madrid is a big club with many employees, like family, and it is very important for us to walk in the same direction,” Vazquez continued.

Lucas Vazquez is a result of the Real Madrid academy. He made it into the first team in 2015, before that he was loaned to Espanyol for one season.
