DBasia.news – Real Madrid’s left-back, Marcelo, responded firmly to the issue of the arrival of new players this summer. After recruiting many players, Marcelo assessed that Madrid no longer needed new players.
Real Madrid reportedly will not stop bringing new players in the 2019 summer transfer window. El Real has completed five transfers including Eden Hazard and Luka Jovic.
The latest news mentioned, Zinedine Zidane still asked Real Madrid to bring two more players namely Paul Pogba and Neymar. Both players have given the code if you want to leave the current team.
Nevertheless, Marcelo assessed the strength of Real Madrid was enough to navigate the 2019-2020 season. The curly-haired defender confirmed, Los Blancos will try hard to make up for the failure last season.
“No, we already have a very complete squad,” said Marcelo as reported by Bild.
“It will be very difficult. However, if we focus on our respective tasks, we can win everything. We will fight in LaLiga, the Copa del Rey and the Champions League,” added the player.
Marcelo also did not dismiss himself playing poorly in the 2018-2019 season. Now, the Brazilian player claims to be in a more ready condition.
“I have learned from all the criticisms and continued my work. I know myself better than anyone else when I perform well. I do not feel that criticism is disturbing,” Marcelo said.
Real Madrid started the 2019-2020 season positively. Luka Modric and his friends won 3-1 against Celta Vigo. As a result, Los Merengues tops the standings with three points.
