Marco Delvecchio Said Roma Need the Top Scorer Winger

DBasia.news – One of the players who delivered Roma to achieve the Scudetto in 2000-2001, Marco Delvecchio speaks to La Repubblica related to the Giallorossi team this season.
Delvecchio said Roma under Eusebio Di Francesco are supported by many great players. But unfortunately, there’s still a lack of balance within the squad.
“I think that they are missing an offensive winger who can score goals. I don’t think Monchi has done a bad job but there are some holes in the roster I feel,” Delvecchio said.
Roma actually have a lot of wingers. One of them is Patrick Schick. He believes Schick will develop more as a player.
But he doesn’t agree with the assumption that loaning Schick is the way to develop his talent more.
“I think he has the quality to prove his worth here at Roma so let’s see. I think he has to show his personality more if he wants to have success,” Delvecchio added.
