DBasia.news – Tottenham Hotspur midfielder, Christian Eriksen, is still rumored to be leaving the club. The news has continued to circulate this summer.
At this time, Real Madrid became the team that showed the most seriousness to bring in Eriksen. Even so, Los Blancos still struggled to make it happen as Spurs has a high price between 80 million to 130 million pounds
With that, makes Eriksen’s possibility to stay at Spurs even higher. The former Ajax Amsterdam player was also advised not to play beforehand until the transfer window of the European leagues closes on September 2, 2019, in order to maintain his concentration.
However, Mauricio Pochettino as coach of Spurs confirmed that rumors of Eriksen’s departure from the city of North London would not affect his appearance on the field.
“I always tell Eriksen not to be influenced by rumors,” stated Pochettino as quoted by Football Espana.
“In this situation, there is nothing to say. Because we still have a one-year contract with him (Eriksen). This is not a good situation for him and the team.”
