DBasia.news –  Callum Hudson-Odoi became a vortex of conversation because of his great performance with Chelsea. Nevertheless according to Maurizio Sarri, Chelsea manager, Hudson-Odoi should evolve without the pressure from his surrounding.

Callum Hudon-Odoi appeared impressively when Chelsea faced Dynamo Kiev in the Europa League. Hudson-Odoi scored the Blues’s ultimate goal at the time.

Chelsea won 3-0 at home to Dynamo Kiev at Stamford Bridge in the Europa League 2018-2019 first leg. The three goals scored by the Blues are through Pedro (17 ‘), Willian (65’), and Callum Hudon-Odoi (90 ‘).

Of the three, Callum Hudon-Odoi was the most attention-grabbing. The young Chelsea player played in the 78th minute replacing Willian.

Even so, Maurizio Sarri asked Chelsea supporters to remain calm. Sarri doesn’t want Callum Hudon-Odoi to be burdened with expectations from fans.

“In my opinion, putting pressure on the 18-year-old player is very dangerous. That can make the player lose his target,” Maurizio Sarri said.

“When you turn 18, the player’s target is to develop tactically, mentally and physically. So, this pressure is dangerous for Callum Hudon-Odoi.”

“This is the reason I am reluctant to talk about it. In my opinion, Callum Hudon-Odoi must evolve without pressure from the media, fans and clubs,” Maurizio Sarri added.

Callum Hudon-Odoi defended Chelsea in 16 matches in various competitions. Of these, the British player contributed four goals and three assists.
