Maurizio Sarri Feels at Home Living and Coaching in England

According to the former Empoli and Napoli coach, the football system in England is more organized in every aspect. Sarri pgave a comparison of football in Italy and England, although he still has not fully adapted to Chelsea.

“Right now, I can say I’m not going back to Italy. I don’t think I can go back to Italy. (Premier League) it’s like a different planet. Here you find the best in every aspect,” said Sarri, quoted from Goal. .

“I mean the organization (arrangements), facilities, atmosphere in the stadium, involvement … people don’t ignore the competition here. Every tournament has great value for them. But, I want to have a lot of time practicing defensive lines!”

Sarri is still trying to instill his philosophy with Chelsea. The 60-year-old manager is famous for using offensive playing system, short ball passes, which he has applied for three years to train Napoli (2015-2018).
