DBasia.news –  The seven-goal drama occurred at Stamford Bridge, the Europa League quarter-final second leg on Friday (19/4) early morning Western Indonesian Time. Chelsea won a 4-3 victory over Slavia Prague.

Thin 1-0 winners in the first meeting made Maurizio Sarri decide to install some major players from the beginning, besides N’golo Kante, he also chose to reduce Eden Hazard as a starter.

Dominating the course of the match, the Blues took a 4-1 lead in the first half through Olivier Giroud, Simon Dell’s own goal and Pedro’s two goals, but in the second half Petr Sevcik scored two replies. The home team is certain to qualify with a 5-3 aggregate goal.

Unfortunately, despite the success of winning and qualifying for the next round, one of the main players, Eden Hazard suffered an injury. Had returned to continue the match, finally, the Belgian player was replaced by Willian in the 65th minute.

Not wanting to make fans worried, Maurizio Sarri immediately revealed the latest conditions regarding Hazard’s injury. The former Napoli manager confirmed if the player’s injury was not serious.

“No serious one. Hopefully, Hazard will only experience a pretty hard impact, I think he will still be able to be lowered in the next match,” Sarri said after the match as reported by the Goal.

This news certainly became a positive thing for the club based at Stamford Bridge, especially Hazard became one of the irreplaceable players and has now collected 19 goals and 12 assists in all competitions. Not only that, but Chelsea are also still struggling to end the season in the top four.

In the semifinals, Chelsea will challenge German representatives, Eintracht Frankfurt, the first leg will be held at the Commerzbank-Arena on May 3, while the second leg will be held at Stamford Bridge on May 10.
