DBasia.news – Maurizio Sarri, Chelsea manager, has been rumoured by Italian media to be the top priority to fill the position of Juventus coach.
Maurizio Sarri is indeed reported to be one of the coaches who entered Juve’s target and Chelsea is claimed ready to release Napoli’s main former coach if there is a team that offers bids that are in accordance with their expectations.
But the speculation had no effect on Sarri, who expressed his desire to stay with the West London team and the positive impression he felt regarding the training experience in the Premier League.
“Initially, I had difficulty understanding the players at Chelsea and their mental condition. But after experiencing a challenging period in January, one month later I felt a change, from them or myself. “
“At the moment I feel they are extraordinary players. Of course I have to consider my future, I also have a positive impression on English football,” Maurizio Sarri said at a press conference quoted from the US.
Sarri stressed that he still has a two-year contract with Chelsea, and this is not the right time to discuss the possibility for him to leave the team who finished third in the 2018/19 Premier League final standings.
