DBasia.news – Krzysztof Piatek’s arrival from Genoa is also a bad rumor for AC Milan. Apparently, it’s announced that Milan’s revenue is stagnant for the past decade.
Calcio e Finanza announced the revenue of Europe top clubs for the past decade, from 2008 until 2018.
There are some surprising facts from Calcio e Finanza’s announcement. AC Milan as one of Europe’s biggest clubs experienced no financial growth.
Practically, nothing changed from AC Milan’s annual revenue compared to 10 years ago. Overall, the growth is just two percent.
The average score would be only 0,18 to 0,2 percent. No wonder, they are currently having the financial difficulty.
In fact, AC Milan are the Italian club with the highest revenue in 2008. At that time, they got 209,5 million euro. But now, their revenue is just 213,7 million euro.
It’s relatively small compared to two AC Milan rivals, Inter Milan and Juventus. They have better progress.
Inter Milan just got 172,9 million euro in 2008 and now got 288,2 million euro. It means I Nerazurri’s progress reached 66,7 percent.
Meanwhile, Juventus have the most significant progress within a decade. I Bianconeri started from 167,5 million euro to be 402,3 million euro so far.
Interestingly, in that list, it’s noticed that AC Milan’s revenue boosted high when they were handled by Li Yonghong. Perhaps, it’s triggered by the wave of new fans from China.
