Nikola Kalinic Proud to Join AS Roma
DBasia.news – AS Roma has the Croatian striker, Nikola Kalinic, during the closing of the 2019 summer transfer market. Kalinic added strength to Giallorossi’s front line. Kalinic is proud to be able to strengthen Rome.
Giallorossi paid Atletico a fee of 2 million euros for a loan transaction, with a permanent transfer option of 9 million euros.
“It feels amazing, because I joined a big club,” Kalinic said.
“I am proud to be part of this club. Rome has a great history and I am very glad to be here. “
Kalinic has made 100 Serie A appearances throughout his career, both for Fiorentina and AC Milan.
He also played for Hadjuk Split, Blackburn Rovers, and Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk.
“Nikola has always been our first choice, because of his ability to play as a main striker and will collaborate with Edin Dzeko,” stated the club’s Sports Director, Gianluca Petrachi.
“We believe that with his ability, our front sector is now complete and we are sure he will show his quality back in Italy.”
Kalinic will use the number 19 jersey.
