Pochettino Can Finally Win The First Trophy This Year

DBasia.news –  The manager of Tottenham Hotspur, Mauricio Pochettino, managed to embrace the award this year. He was chosen as the winner of the London Football Award, the Manager of the Year category.

While the Spurs midfielder, Son Heung-min, also won the award in the Player of the Year category.

Pochettino claimed that this victory was a motivation for him to continue working. “Of course this is an important award for me.”

“As mentioned before, finally I can win a trophy. I want to thank all the people in London for this trust,” said Pochettino.

London Football Awards are awards oriented to charity. Initiated by the Willow Foundation, which focuses on funding serious illnesses for people aged 16 to 40 years.

The same thing was also expressed by Son who claimed to be very flattered for the award given to him. He also dedicated it to the closest people.

“This is very valuable to me. But, I won’t be able to be on this level without the help of the team, let alone win a trophy. Thank you all for your hard work both from fellow players and coaches,” Son said.
