DBasia.news – Nathan Ake scored Bournemouth’s only 1-0 victory over Tottenham Hotspur in Week 37 of the Premier League at Dean Court, Saturday (4/5) evening. Tottenham’s top four position is threatened.
The match was marked by the failure of the Spurs players to control their emotions after their two players, Heung-Min Son and Juan Foyth, got a straight red card due to a hard foul, while the North London team also received five yellow cards.
Regarding the two moments that had a significant influence on the performance of his team, Mauricio Pochettino as Tottenham manager would not file a complaint regarding the decision taken by Craig Pawson.
“I will not say anything about the incident. I respect the decisions of the referee and what I say is not very important in events like this. We cannot change what happens in the field. I also don’t see the second red card, but we have to respect the referee’s decision, “Mauricio Pochettino said in a statement quoted from the US.
Pochettino prefers to give praise to his players who tried hard to perform optimally despite undergoing 42 minutes of the second half with nine players.
