DBasia.news –  Gary Neville, a former Manchester United player who is now an English football’s observer, still sees Mauricio Pochettino, manager of Tottenham Hotspur, as Man United’s permanent manager candidate after Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

So far, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer still has a good record at Manchester United. In 10 matches, the former player achieved nine wins plus one draw.

However, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s future is still questionable. Until now, the Red Devils haven’t decided on a manager for the next season yet.

Neville considered Manchester United could consider choosing Mauricio Pochettino if Solskjaer was not persuaded. Neville considers the Argentine manager as the most logical choice for the Red Devils.

“As it should be, Manchester United must have the best coach of the world on their team. If Solskjaer is not elected at the end of the season, I will support Mauricio Pochettino again because I believe he is the most prominent candidate on the job,” Neville explained to The Telegraph.

“Pochettino emphasizes certain values such as orbiting young players on his team as they did at Tottenham and Southampton. During the last few times, I always felt he was the most logical choice for the team,” said Neville.

However, the way Manchester United bring Mauricio Pochettino will be winding. Because, now the manager is still bound by a contract until 2022. To redeem the manager, the Red Devils need to spend up to 40 million pounds.
