DBasia.news – The 2-0 intense match at Stamford Bridge for Chelsea against Manchester City still left the untold stories. Man City wing-forward Raheem Sterling became the victim of racist abuse from Chelsea fans.

Sterling got the racist abuse when he tried to pick up the ball from the field side. Chelsea and FA would investigate the case and might give the entire-life ban if proved wrong.

Sterling also comments about the racism issue in Europe football. In his case, the 24-year-old player blames the British media who made this case worse by the unfair news exposure between the white and black football players.

In his Instagram account, Sterling posted two photos of Man City young players, Tosin Adarabioyo and Phil Foden who bought a new house from their salary.

For Foden, Sterling said, “Manchester City young player, Phil Foden purchased a new home worth £2M for her mother”. And for Adarabioyo, Sterling said, “Manchester City football player in his 20, with £25,000 salary, bought a luxurious house worth £2,25M, despite the absence in the Premier League.”

With the analogy (Foden is white, Adarabioyo is white), Sterling used them as the critic to British media.

“For example you have two young players starting out their careers, both play for the same team, both (did) the right thing which is buy[ing] a new house for their mothers who have put in a lot of time and love into helping them get where they are,” Sterling told Standard Sports.

“But look how the newspapers get their message across for the young black player and then for the young white player. I think this is unacceptable. Both innocent have not done a thing wrong but just by the way it has been worded this young black kid is looked at in a bad light.”

“Which helps fuel racism and aggressive behavior. So for all the newspapers that don’t understand why people are racist in this day and age, all I have to say is have a second thought about fair publicity and give all players an equal chance,” Sterling concluded.
