DBasia.news – Real Madrid, through their official website, reported on the current condition of Marco Asensio after undergoing post-injury surgery on El Real’s preseason tour.
Marco Asensio suffered an injury when Real Madrid faced Arsenal. The match is part of the 2019 ICC series taking place at FedEXField, United States.
The Spanish midfielder was immediately rushed to hospital after suffering an injury. Marco Asensio is predicted to be out for a while.
Sure enough, Marco Asensio suffered two injuries at once. Aside from ACL, Asensio also experienced problems in the meniscus section which will take some timet to recover.
As is known, ACL is an injury that is a scourge for athletes. In the past, athletes who suffered injuries were forced to retire, including football players.
That is, Marco Asensio’s season is certain to end before it began. The midfielder also must enter the operating table in order to recover as soon as possible.
Luckily for Marco Asensio, the surgery went quite smoothly. Asensio only needs to wait for recovery after the surgery before being discharged from the hospital.
Unfortunately that does not mean Marco Asensio can immediately play. The 23-year-old midfielder has to pull over for a minimum of nine months to return to play.
