Real Madrid Won’t Surrender Hunting Inter Milan Captain

Mauro Icardi

DBasia.news – Real Madrid are still looking for the top scorer following Cristiano Ronaldo’s exit to Juventus. One name in their radar is Inter Milan captain, Mauro Icardi.

Real Madrid are improving themselves to chase the position in LaLiga. After sacking Julen Lopetegui and appointed Santiago Solari, El Real are looking for the new ammunition.

One of the boosted sectors is the attacking line. Madrid think the weak attacking line is one of the reasons why they have a difficult time.

Madrid current main striker, Karim Benzema, hasn’t performed as expected. The 30-year-old striker just scored 4 goals from 11 LaLiga matches. No wonder, Madrid just collected 16 goals in LaLiga. That’s 15 goals lesser than Barcelona.

Soon, Madrid will recruit the new striker. El Real think they need Mauro Icardi to fill the attacking line.

Don Balon reported Real Madrid will prepare 110 million euro to get Icardi. Los Merengues will submit the offer in the January transfer market.

If they fail to make it in January, Madrid will make another move in summer. Inter Milan apply the release clause for a club outside Italy only during summer transfer market.

Meanwhile, Mauro Icardi’s situation in Inter Milan is actually okay. After the goal-drought at the beginning of this season, the Argentina national team striker has scored 8 goals and 2 assists of all competitions.
