Lazio vs Atalanta

DBasia.news –  Lazio won the Coppa Italia 2018-19 title after winning 2-0 against Atalanta at Stadio Olimpico, Thursday (5/16) WIB. Unfortunately, the match was tarnished by riots outside the stadium.

Lazio’s 1-3 vengeful defeat from Atalanta 10 days ago finished in the Coppa Italia final 201-2019. Aquile won for his guests with the same difference, two goals.

The substitute, Sergej Milinkovic-Savic, emerged as Lazio’s hero. The Serbian player broke the deadlock when the match left eight minutes.

Just before the match ended, Lazio continued to add to the coffers of his goal. This time it’s Joaquin Correa’s turn to record his name on the scoreboard.

Unfortunately, the spotlight was not the outcome of the match, but the riots during the match. Clashes occurred between a number of Lazio supporters with local authorities.

Luckily the Atalanta supporters were inside the stadium when the commotion broke out. While Lazio fans are still struggling with the police.

The Lazio supporters threw various objects in the direction of the police on duty. These includes bottles, stones, glass, to even flares.

The police responded with shots of water and tear gas. However, the action of Lazio fans was even more brutal which caused the security forces to be overwhelmed.

The worst thing was when a flare was thrown by Lazio supporters to the police car. As a result, the car caught fire after the fire spread.

In other parts of the world, riots also occurred, precisely in Indonesia. 2019 League 1 opening match between Sleman PSS against Arema ended in chaos.
