Rummenigge Is Still Bayern CEO Until 2021

DBasia.news – Karl-Heinz Rummenigge is confirmed staying with Bayern Munchen. The Germany legendary player just signed the contract renewal as the CEO until December 31st, 2021.

Rummenigge’s contract with Bayern would end in 2019. But, the club still need his service for a longer period.

The new contract signing makes the Die Roten legend proud. He also thanks to the President, Uli Hoeness who trusts him on the crucial position.

“I’d like to thank the entire supervisory board, and in particular chairman Uli Hoeneß, for the confidence, they’ve shown in me,” Rummenigge said.

“During this time, we’ve managed to establish FC Bayern as a sporting and financial power in Europe. Our most important task over the coming years will be to keep FC Bayern moving forward so that we remain one of the most successful clubs in European football in the future,” he added.
