Serge Gnabry’s persuasion for Leroy Sane to join Bayern Munich

DBasia.news –  Bayern Munich have not given up the Manchester City wing striker, Leroy Sane, to regenerate the game’s wing sector.

As if helping his club’s efforts to bring Sane, Gnabry voiced his voice regarding his desire to play with the 2017/18 PFA Young Player title winner.

“I will be very happy if he (Sane) is on my team, we have a very good relationship, both on and off the field,” Gnabry said as quoted by the Daily Mail.

“He will help any team, and I enjoy playing with him. He will be an asset for Bayern,” he concluded.

Being one of Manchester City’s main stars in the 2017/18 season, the fate of Leroy Sane in the 2018/19 season was not so lucky. Although he was believed to be a starter in the first half of the season, he was slowly displaced by Bernardo Silva and sometimes, Riyad Mahrez, in the second half.

Nevertheless, the former Schalke 04 player was still able to score 16 goals and 18 assists in all competitions from a total of 47 matches.
