DBasia.news –  The match between Liverpool vs Manchester City on Monday (11/11), Bernardo Silva was reluctant to issue his opinion about the referee Michael Oliver who became the leader of the match. Bernardo was reluctant to express his opinion for fear of being punished.

Michael Oliver in the spotlight after he did not heed the penalty request from The Cityzens in the Liverpool vs Manchester City party. In that match, Trent Alexander-Arnold touched the ball with his hand twice in the penalty box.

“I have not seen it (the Alexander-Arnold incident). You should do the analysis, not me. If I talk, then I will be in big trouble. I don’t want to talk about this,” said Bernardo Silva in the post-match interview session.

The defeat of Liverpool makes Manchester City’s mission to defend the Premier League title more difficult. At present, they must be thrown to fourth position and nine points behind Liverpool at the top of the standings.

Although the Manchester City mission looks difficult, Bernardo was reluctant to fly the white flag. According to him, The Cityzens still have a great opportunity to overtake Liverpool and regain the Premier League title.

“I want to congratulate Liverpool. But, we will continue to fight to the end. We have been in this position. Besides, Liverpool must come to the Etihad Stadium and there are still enough matches until the end of the season,” said Bernardo.
