DBasia.news –  Maurizio Sarri, the Chelsea manager, claimed he had not fully understood the Chelsea squad and still needed an adaptation process.

Maurizio Sarri came to Chelsea in the 2019 summer transfer market. Sarri replaced fellow Italian manager Antonio Conte, who was fired.

Maurizio Sarri’s way of playing Chelsea doesn’t always give maximum results. Had the issue of sacking the Italian man some time ago.

Even so, Maurizio Sarri showed the best performance with Chelsea in the end. Sarri leads Eden Hazard and friends to the 2018-2019 Europa League final.

Maurizio Sarri said he was still adjusting to the culture of football in England. The 60-year-old man claimed to enjoy a career at Chelsea.

“Handling Chelsea is not easy, because I am facing a drastic change in culture. From the mental, food, to showing respect,” Maurizio Sarri said.

“It’s clear, Chelsea are more players who rely on individual abilities than Napoli. There, players are more following the system on the pitch.”

“I have difficulty because of a lot of matches in England. However, it makes me excited. I enjoy adrenaline competing here,” Maurizio Sarri continued.

I wish to be maintained by   Chelsea, Maurizio Sarri should improve the strategy that is more suitable for the Premier League. Because the Blues have been linked to Erik ten Hag.
