Without Kompany, City is Weaker

Vincent Kompany

DBasia.news –  Manchester United legend, Bryan Robson, believes that Manchester City will be weaker next season as Captain, Vincent Kompany leaves.

City managed to wipe out all local titles last season. The Citizens won the English League, League Cup and FA Cup.

In the Premier League, Sergio Aguero and his mates won the English League with a 32-point lead over United who finished sixth. According to Robson, The Citizens will not be dominant like that next season, especially after losing Kompany.

“There is always an opportunity to catch the team who had just won the league. “It depends on City with how they replaced Kompany as he will be a big loss for them, he is a true leader in the locker room,” Robson stated.

“It also depends on how you start the season, if you start very well you can be confident. “City has the ability to win the league again, but they can also be caught,” Robson added.

Kompany himself is now returning to his former club, Anderlecht. He will there become a coach and also a player.
